Licence
MonsList is licensed through the Apple App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s mandatory terms, Apple’s terms control.
What MonsList does
MonsList helps you save meals, combine ingredients and manage a shopping list. You are responsible for checking quantities, allergens, dietary requirements and the accuracy of information you enter or edit.
Your data
The app stores its working data locally. You are responsible for maintaining any device backup you want. Monsieurs Made cannot restore data that never reached its systems.
Payment and refunds
Prices, payment, taxes and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms that apply in your country. Refund requests can be made through Apple’s purchase support.
Availability and updates
We may improve, change or discontinue features. Updates may require a supported version of iOS. We aim to keep MonsList reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, MonsList is provided without additional warranties and Monsieurs Made is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
