Your MonSEO version, macOS version, purchase route and the exact on-screen error. Never send passwords, API keys or a complete licence key.
Start a scan
Add a public HTTPS website, review the default limits and choose Scan website. MonSEO makes ordinary read-only requests. It does not need website administrator credentials.
A scan looks incomplete
Open the scan’s limitations and discovery summary. Robots rules, TLS errors, private-network protection, anti-bot systems, authentication and scan limits can leave observations untested. MonSEO keeps these gray rather than counting them as passes.
JavaScript content is missing
The direct edition can use a locally installed Google Chrome for isolated rendering. Open Settings → Diagnostics to check availability. The Mac App Store edition deliberately leaves external-browser rendering and browser-performance checks as Not Tested.
Mark as fixed
This changes the action to Awaiting verification. It does not alter the website or assume the repair succeeded. Run a new scan after making the change yourself; MonSEO then reports resolved, partially resolved, still present, changed or could not verify.
Direct licence help
A direct licence supports a maximum of two active computers at once. Deactivate an old Mac from Settings before activating a replacement. If the old computer is unavailable, contact support with the purchase email and only the final four characters of the licence key.
Mac App Store purchase help
Apple handles App Store installation, billing and refunds. Use Apple’s Report a Problem service for purchase issues. No separate MonSEO key is used for the App Store edition.
Optional AI features
A ChatGPT or Gemini subscription is not API credit. Optional AI actions require a supported API model and your own API key. Core scans and reports work without AI.
What MonSEO cannot certify
MonSEO cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions or inclusion in AI answers. It is not a rank tracker, keyword-volume service, backlink database, Lighthouse or CrUX replacement. Use its evidence, coverage and limitations when deciding what to change.
